Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured by QBE (IMAR) 

Are you licensed?
Yes, everyone at Ridgeline Roofing Solutions are fully licensed roof plumbers.

Will you clean up afterward?
Yes, All rubbish and debris from our work will be removed from the site and disposed of. We will be sure to leave your home as tidy, if not tidier than when we arrived.

Do I need to be at home when you attend?
If you would prefer, we are happy to meet you at your home to quote or complete the agreed works. However, since internal access inside your home is generally not required, we are able to quote or complete works without anyone at home. When doing this we will provide additional photos to confirm the work performed. 

What areas do you service?
We service most suburbs within the Greater Sydney area.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We will accept most types of payment. Our preferred method is direct deposit but also accept: cash, cheque, PayPal and card payments. However, please note PayPal and card payments will incur an additional card processing fee.

I want to get some work done, what comes next?
Please contact us by phone or email with your name, the best number to contact you, your address and a brief description of the problem. Once you have contacted us, we will respond as quickly as possible to organize a time to come to see you.
